Monet Place is a quiet community comprised of twenty-four one-bedroom apartments in six separate buildings ... as opposed to a typical apartment complex, these are 6 separate four-plexes, which means less sharing of walls, providing the luxury of added privacy and personal space for our tenants.

We value the security and safety of our tenants. Baton Rouge Sheriff's Officers patrol our subdivision. We do not tolerate illegal activity on or around our premises, and communicate with the local authorities on a regular basis.
Our property is landscaped with trees, plants and beautiful flowers. We recently planted 24 red and pink "Knock Out Rose" bushes this spring which will bloom the bulk of the spring and summer season, brightening the greenery and perfuming the air. Our other property amenities include community grills and a picnic area. Pets under twenty pounds are welcome with an additional one-time pet fee.
Apartment amenities include: a stackable washer and dryer, blinds, ceiling fans throughout, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, full sized refrigerator, garbage disposal, combined shower/tub, a very generous walk-in closet, a PTAC (air conditioner and heater), and all of our apartments are cable TV ready.
Monet Place is in a great location (and on the bus route!): within minutes of several area restaurants, the State Police Headquarters complex, the Baton Rouge Little Theatre, Cox, the Bon Marche complex, Walmart, and the Cortana Mall.
Attention students!!!! Monet Place is within five minutes of a handful of Baton Rouge college campuses, as well as just a short stroll away from the location of the new BRCC campus and 200 acre Ardendale complex currently under construction.

The application fee is $50.
Deposits start at $300.
Monthly rent is $565 (including water/trash) for a one year lease,
or
$615 (including water/trash) for a 6 month lease.
Monet Place apartments are Section 8, Quadel, VOA, and Haart
compliant.
